The Cedar Park City Council approved a pass-through agreement Jan. 27 with the Texas Department of Transportation to widen RM 1431 between Ronald Reagan Boulevard and CR 175 (Sam Bass Road) from four to six lanes.

The City Council will discuss approving a resolution authorizing a pass-through financing agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation to share the costs of improvements to RM 1431 from Ronald Reagan Boulevard to CR 175 (Sam Bass Road) at the regular scheduled meeting tonight.
