The Cedar Park volleyball team secured the second seed in District 25-4A with a win over in-town rival Vista Ridge Tuesday. Both teams will start the playoffs Nov. 1.

An Illinois-based real estate company purchased Cedar Park’s 1890 Ranch shopping center from Endeavor Real Estate Group for $97.6 million in a joint venture with Canadian company, RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust.
